The folks at IGN have posted the rankings (by instrument) of each song in RB2. Here are the hardest songs from each category:

1. Vocals – Bob Dylan “Tangled up in Blue”
2. Guitar – Judas Priest “Painkiller”
3. Bass – Dream Theater “Panic Attack”
4. Drums – Dream Theater “Panic Attack”
5. Band – Judas Priest “Painkiller”

So basically, they’ve laid down the gauntlet. Bands that can play the Judas Priest and Dream Theater tracks are gonna be the de facto big boys online. Anything on the lists look crazy or jump out at anyone?
