I would bet that any newly introduce band to DLC, like The Stooges, which is missing their biggest hit…is 99.9% likely to make it on the RB3 disc.

As for Avenged Sevenfold, there should be no shock (based on some history of this blog), that I am more than excited for this pack. Very much looking forward to Seize The Day.

When I heard about Midlife Crisis, I was so excited. I’ve been hoping for more Faith No More since RB1. Having Epic and We Care A Lot, although great songs, are not fun game play. Midlife has a good keyboard section and vocal harmonies. It will take advantage of both those capabilities. Drums should be int3eresting too, since they are heavy on the toms.

Plus, Burning Down the House, New Monday and My Own Summer, all great songs IMO. I can’t wait to scream “Shove it, Shove it, Shove it!”

I honestly wasn’t a huge fan of either setlist from RB1 and RB2. Most of my play time is dedicated to playing DLC songs, which I have well over 500+ songs of.

@Simon: I don’t disagree with your list of songs to eliminate, but you are missing my #1 pick (I’d bet I’m not alone on this one. Abnormality – Visions.

To this day I have not been able to complete the songs on Expert Drums (the only songs on the RB2 set list). Partially because it is extremely difficult, and also because it is so awful on the ears I can’t stand listening to it. Yes, I have completed Painkiller and Panic Attack on Expert drums. I’ve also beat Constant Motion (That’s DLC though).
