Well for once it looks like I’m going to be able to cash in on this deal, I made it all the way to ‘submit’ of the final order and it hasn’t yet complained that I’m in Canada– usually these things redirect me to amazon.ca which NEVER has any deals.

Not exactly.. the order was accepted, but then after a few days I noticed they had not charged my credit card so I logged back in to check the status and the order was cancelled later on the day it was submitted. This happened exactly the same way last time (Guitar Hero 5 + free Van Halen). No big deal, I’m sure I can still get the regular preorder bonus from Gamestop here locally.
