		<description>Glad to help. I was too suprised to see that this was not one of the solutions set out in the BB kb articles, much less anywhere else.  Had to figure this one out on my own (and I&#039;m not an IT guy...) With a little help from Krevslasky&#039;s bb page.</description>

		<description>I think you have the solution.  Last week, I wiped my new phone (Torch 9800) which was having the same sync problem as my old phone (Bold 9000).

After the wipe, I saw your suggestion, and deleted my Outlook Deleted Items folder, which had over 400 messages in it.  

Today, I am seeing syncing working properly. Thanks so much for the tip.

What&#039;s amazing, I wasn&#039;t able to find the solution on CrackBerry.com, and my BES admins at work were not able to solve it either.</description>

		<description>Is your deleted items heavily populayted with old emails?   Try right cliocking your deleted items folder in outlook and emptying the folder.  BBES scans that folder to see what should be removed from inbox on the device.  If its too full, it never completes the scan before it begins again, hence emails that go unremoved on the handheld.</description>
