Lips (with two wireless mics) for only $52.99 at Amazon. I just just stumbled on this a minute ago. Lips (for Xbox 360) retails for $69.99. The biggest feature of the game is the two wireless mics that work with Rock Band 2. The game itself has mixed reviews. (Leave comments below on your thoughts of the game).

If you don’t know much about Lips, think of it as the ultimate karaoke game for the Xbox 360. Comes with a great set list, has lot’s of (for purchase) downloadable content, and you can use songs from your own media library too.
