Where’s My Code for Rock Band 2 Bonus DLC?

Has any else been patiently waiting for the email from Harmonix which gives you a code to get 20 bonus downloadable songs for Rock Band 2? Has anyone’s patience turned into a bit of anger since the work (or school) day is almost over?I’m looking forward to going home in a few minutes and firing up my Xbox 360 to start the download process….but one small issue. I don’t have my code yet. What gives?
Have you received your code yet? If you don’t know what I’m taking about, look at the back of your Rock Band 2 manual for the details.
UPDATE: File this under rumor, but the Rock Band forum nerds are reporting that the Rock Band 2 Bonus DLC has been delayed until Friday. Supposedly, one of the forum members just got off the phone with Harmonix support and confirmed it. We will keep you posted.
UPDATE #2: A new rumor cropped up this morning. People have started receiving their codes today for the Rock Band 2 Bonus DLC. We don’t have ours yet, but are hoving over our Inbox waiting for the email. Do you have yours yet?
UPDATE #3: The codes are being shipped. I got mine at 3:46 PM EST, Maki got his. Did you get yours? Looks like we will be downloading lot’s of songs tonight. Sure hope Xbox Live and PSN can handle it.

In order to redeem your code, please follow the instructions for your console (Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3). Please note that your download code will only work for the brand of console for which you purchased and registered Rock Band 2:
- Xbox 360 users: go to Xbox Live Marketplace and select the Redeem Code option. Enter the code presented above to download your tracks.
- PlayStation 3 users: select the PLAYSTATION Network option on the XMB (Xross Media Bar). Select the Account Management option, then select Redeem Codes. Enter the code presented above to download your tracks.

So are any of the songs any good? Sad to say, but I’ve not even started the process of getting these tracks…any I should clamor for/avoid?

I got this from the Rock Band forums. This should help clear things up a bit for the Wii.
“We’ve noticed a bit of confusion on the forums regarding add-on content for Rock Band 2 on the Wii. The downloadable content is in the final testing stages and Harmonix is working as fast as possible to deliver the 20 free bonus songs for Rock Band 2, plus an additional 30 songs from the Rock Band DLC Catalog to fans as early in 2009 as possible. As soon as we can announce a firm date, you can be sure the Rock Band community will be the first to know.
We hope this clears up any confusion about Wii DLC. Again, Rock Band 2 for the Wii is an amazing full band experience that ships with 84 of the best tracks in rock and roll. Stay tuned here for more information as it becomes available.”

I have the Xbox 360 version and the code is on the back cover of the manual that comes with the game. Check there.
