Six, you heard it right, six albums are on their way to take away your MS Points (or cash if you roll the PS3 way).Officially announced today over at the Rock Band forums, keep an open watch for these tasty morsels.
Red Hot Chili Peppers – Blood Sugar Sex Magik
Foo Fighters – The Colour and The Shape
Megadeth – Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying
Stevie Ray Vaughn – Texas Flood
Jane’s Addiction – Nothing’s Shocking
No Doubt – special best-of packSo what do you think? Are they winners, or do they blow goats?
For me, Blood Sugar Sex Magik was a favorite during high school, and an all time favorite. Sold! Peace Sells was also big during those days, but I was never huge into Megadeth….but, to be true, I do own the CD used to own the cassette (yes tape), so I’ll likely pick it up. I will likley pick up them all, but RHCP is the only one that jumps right out at me.

Oh my gosh….definitely will be getting the RHCP album. Something tells me Xtina’s tastes will lead to a Foo Fighters and No Doubt purchase. Maybe the “there’s no girl songs” cries will die down after that.
Definitely am now chomping at the bit for this game to come out….

Theses songs definitely don’t ‘blow goats’. Blood Sugar Sex…will always be awesome in any form.

3 of those are instant purchases: Blood Sugar Sex Magic, The Colour And The Shape & Nothing’s Shocking. I’ll probably get No Doubt too if there are enough older tracks.I absolutely cannot wait for Nothing’s Shocking. That album is amazing. I predict you will hear me constantly groaning and complaining about failing out in the last 2 minutes of “Ted, Just Admit It…” though. BSSM is going to be great also. I’m kinda wondering how “Sir Psycho Sexy” is going to sound lyrically, considering they’ll be censoring the hell out of it to get a T rating…
